HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Allow 2-4 days for products to ship! Products may take up to 1 week to arrive depending on shipping method chosen at checkout
Lash orders are shipped out within 2-3 days of purchase.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY UNIT?
It all depends on the kind of Unit. After orders are placed, they are confirmed within 24 hours. Most items require a 7-21 business day processing time. Shipping time is 1-4 business days. Items are shipped via USPS. Items are shipped out based on their availability.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, You have selected the right Product.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?

DO YOU OFFER COLORING SERVICES IF I BRING MY BUNDLES?
No. We currently do not offer this service.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN HAIR FOR A CUSTOM WIG?
No. We currently do not offer this service.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FRONTAL AND A CLOSURE?
A Closure is much smaller than a lace frontal and less maintenance. A Frontal consist of more maintenance, so if you are looking for something that allows you to wake up and go or have never worn a frontal constructed unit before LacedbyFaz would recommend purchasing a Closure unit.

CAN I WEAR MY WIG TO SLEEP?
Yes you can. Before going to bed: Gently brush hair to remove all tangles. Braid your hair into a couple of big braids, wrap your hair, or tie your hair into a ponytail or bun. Sleeping in our satin bonnet is beneficial
HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED FOR A WIG?
We suggest Length 12’-16"Inches - You Need 2 bundles or More. No more than 2 bundles for a bob! Lengths 18-24" You Need 3 bundles . Lengths 26-30" You Need 4 bundles or More, and 30"-40’’ you need 5 bundles or More.
CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?
Yes, this is 100% virgin hair. You can color the hair, once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin, and therefore we recommend that you color or process your hair by a professional.
WHAT TYPE OF CAP IS USED DURING CONSTRUCTION?
A standard wig cap, a dome cap or mesh dome cap is used. If you have a preference please be sure to let us know and we can accommodate with you.
What is the difference between a premade wig and a handmade/machine made wig?
A premade wig is a wig that has been constructed in a factory. These types of wigs usually automatically come with an adjustable band and clips inside.
A handmade wig is a wig that is constructed by hand by using a needle and thread to sew the hair to a wig cap or constructed using a sewing machine. .
WHAT ARE READY TO SHIP WIGS? CUSTOM WIGS? PRE MADE WIGS?
Ready to ship/wear wigs are custom units that are available at the time of purchase and are ready to ship by the next day. Shipping time is between 1-4 business days.
customized/uncustomized wigs are purchased for pre order. They are posted on the site as reference. These wigs are custom wigs that come in that exact length and style.

WHAT IS TRANSPARENT LACE? SWISS BROWN LACE? HD LACE?
Transparent lace is a light colored/whitish lace that is more suitable for lighter to medium toned people.
Swiss brown lace is a medium brown lace that is more suitable for darker toned people.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLOSURE (4x4,5x5,6x6)?
The numbers refer to the width and length of a closure. A 4x4 closure is the smallest and the least versatile. As the numbers go up, the versatility increases.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A 13*4 and 13*6 FRONTAL?
A 13’4 frontal/frontal wig is 13 inches wide and 4 inches long. A 13’6 frontal/frontal wig is 13 inches wide and 6 inches long. 13*6 frontals enable deeper parting spaces. Sometimes these wigs come with only a deep parting space in the middle & shorter on the sides or a deep parting space throughout the frontal.
